Who We Are

Care Built on Lived Experience

Unique Services Portfolio Limited (USPL) is a multi-sector organisation founded in 2020, with a strategic focus on consultancy, healthcare and social care services. Our founder brings together lived experience — including supporting loved ones with complex care needs — with extensive professional expertise in project management, service design and operational leadership. That combination of insight and capability shapes our commitment to delivering services that are both compassionate and robust.

Speciality assistance services sit at the core of our growth strategy: high-quality, person-centred care supported by strong governance, safeguarding and digital innovation. Our approach is built on partnership, collaboration and a genuine understanding of the challenges faced by individuals, families and healthcare systems across the UK.

We are driven by a clear mission — to raise standards, improve access, and deliver services that genuinely improve lives. Whether through frontline care, operational support or strategic service development, USPL is committed to excellence, innovation and long-term impact.

Our Story

Our History

Unique Services Portfolio Limited (USPL) was established in 2020 by an entrepreneur with deep lived experience of social and healthcare challenges, and a strong professional background in project and operational management. Drawing on firsthand experience supporting a family member with complex care needs, our founder set out to close real gaps in service delivery — introducing high-quality, person-centred home care built around the client, not profit.

Today, USPL operates homecare services across England and Scotland as a diversified portfolio, with a clear commitment to innovation, resilience and sustainable, long-term growth. Every part of that growth is guided by one principle: care that puts the client first — ensuring every individual receives the dignity, respect and personalised support they deserve, especially those who cannot always articulate their own needs.

To deliver exceptional, person-centred care and innovative service solutions that enhance quality of life, protect the vulnerable, and set new standards of excellence across the health and social care sector.

How We Aim to Achieve This

Investing in skilled, compassionate teams who deliver safe, high-quality care
Embedding technology and data-driven solutions into our service model
Building strong partnerships with commissioners, families and community organisations
Maintaining rigorous governance, safeguarding and quality assurance frameworks

What Drives Us

Our Values

USPL was founded out of lived experience — and a shared frustration that care was too often delivered by people who didn't truly understand the realities families face, where genuine concerns became just another business transaction. We knew care could, and must, be different. Every value below reflects that commitment.

Safeguarding

We prioritise safety, dignity and human rights, ensuring every individual in our care is protected and respected.

Diversity (EDI)

We uphold equality, fairness and respect, delivering inclusive home care for every individual and stakeholder.

Coproduction

We work collaboratively with clients, families and health professionals to shape care around real, shared insight.

Innovation

We embrace new ways of working, adopting technology and evidence-based approaches for efficient, future-ready care.

Excellence

We maintain the highest standards of quality, safety and governance to ensure outstanding client outcomes.

Our Promise

What You Can Expect From Us

Experts by Lived Experience

Care isn't about profit — it's about dignity, trust and partnership. Our team is fully trained, experienced, and genuinely passionate about caring.

Person-Centred, Not One-Size-Fits-All

Support is tailored, relatable and effective, delivered by a team who understand and connect with each client. No two people are the same, and neither is our approach.

Value You Can Rely On

We make every hour count, giving family carers the breaks they need to recharge — and we're always reachable, by phone, email or WhatsApp.

Peace of Mind, Built on Relationship

Ours is a mutual relationship, not a transactional one. We understand the worry and stress that comes with caring for a loved one.
