Mr. Reginald Inya

Registered Manager

Mr Inya is the Registered Manager, leading safe, responsive homecare services and driving sustainable growth across the portfolio. With over 30 years of experience supporting vulnerable individuals, he has authored research in healthcare and migration and was awarded the ESF Grant.

Holding master's degrees from Dublin City University and London Metropolitan University, he is dedicated to bridging rhetoric with practical solutions — ensuring person-centred care remains resilient, future-focused and genuinely coproduced. Outside of work, Reginald enjoys football, fitness, running and networking.
