Who this service is for

Independence with Dignity and Choice

Our Supported Living services are designed for young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities or complex conditions who want to live independently with the right level of support.

We believe in collaboration: empowering people to make their own choices, develop life skills and become active members of their communities. Our dedicated team provides flexible, outcome-focused support that adapts as each person grows in confidence.

A Strengths-Based Approach

We focus on what each person can do, not what they can’t. Support plans are co-produced with the individual and the people who matter to them, so every plan reflects real goals, preferences and cultural background, not just what is clinically required.
